不同条件对牛卵母细胞体外成熟的影响

摘 要:
本研究分析了卵巢不同离体时间(<3h、4~5h、>6h),不同培养时间(18~22h、23~24h、>30h),不同成熟培养液(添加FSH、HCG、FCS)以及不同培养温度(34℃、36℃、38.5℃)对卵母细胞体外成熟的影响。结果表明,小于3小时离体时间成熟率、受精率(78.83%、58.0%)高于其它组;培养时间大于30小时组成熟率高于其它组(93.81%),但受精率低于其它组(23.0%);添加HCG与FCS组成熟率、受精率(89.4%、78.95%)大于FSH组;培养温度以38.5℃为佳,成熟率与受精率(87.2%、73.6%)皆高于另二组,差异显著。

摘 要:
Analyze the influence of different overy transportation time (from slaugter site to lab ) (less than 3 hours, 4-5 hours, more than 6 hours), different culture time (18-22 hours, 23-24 hours, 30 hours ) and different culture temperature (34℃, 36℃, 38.5℃) on in vitro maturation of bovine oocytes. The results show that the maturation and fertilization rate of less than 3 hours groups (78.83%, 58.0%) are highest. The oocyte cultured nore than 30h was highest in maturation rate (93.81%), but the fertilization rate is lower than other groups. The group adding HCG has higher maturation and fertilization rate than that of FSH group. The best culture temperature is 38.5℃, the two rates are highest among the three groups with significent difference.
