葡聚六糖对烟草悬浮培养细胞活性氧的作用

摘  要:
研究了葡聚六糖对烟草悬浮培养细胞活性氧的作用。结果表明:葡聚六糖可以诱导烟草悬浮细胞活性氧的迸发,活性氧迸发峰值出现在30 min,同时活性氧相关酶系活性也升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最高峰在处理后60 min,过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)变化趋势与活性氧相似。添加不同抑制剂EG-TA、新霉素、氯化锂(LiCl)等测定发现,细胞胞内和胞外Ca2+参与调控葡聚六糖诱导的活性氧迸发。

摘  要:
Active oxygen could be induced to burst by glucohexaose in tobacco suspension cultures,and oxidative burst maximum was in 30 minutes,and relative enzyme activity of active oxygen was also improved in cells.The maximum of SOD activities was in 60 minutes,and the current of POD and CAT activities changes were similar to active oxygen.By adding different inhibitors such as EGTA,neomycin,LiCl and so on,intracellar and extracellar Ca2+ were indicated to be able to take part in regulating active oxygen burst induced by glucohexaose.
