摘 要：
In order to promote the sustainable development of Pingchuan District surrounding suburbs afforestation project, and points out that there exist three problems in the process of project implementation, the afforestation cost is high, management is difficult, the subsequent afforestation green woodland without economic output; analysis of problems that the fundamental reason lies in the hazy consciousness of ecological civilization; and puts forward four countermeasures, respectively is: necessary to vigorously promote the awareness of ecological civilization, matching tree species with site, suitable vigorously promote water-saving technology, innovative management model.
