不同新品种烤烟非挥发性有机酸含量的差异

摘  要：
为探明不同烤烟新品种的烟叶非挥发性有机酸含量差异,本文以云烟87,云烟100,云烟108,云烟112,云烟116,AOV405,AOV506,AOV708,DVH301,DVH2001,DVH2103,PVH19,NC71等13个品种材料,采用小区试验,分析了上述品种中部烟叶多元有机酸和高级脂肪酸的含量。结果表明:同一品种烤烟多元脂肪酸中苹果酸>草酸>柠檬酸>缩苹果酸含量,高级脂肪酸中亚油酸,硬脂酸,棕榈酸,肉豆蔻酸,月桂酸随着饱和碳链的碳原子减少含量递减;不同品种非挥发性有机酸总量表现为:NC71>PVH19>AOV708>云烟108>云烟87>云烟116>DVH301>云烟100>AOV506>AOV405>云烟112>DVH2001>DVH2103,且不同品种间各组分差异各异。本研究为更全面掌握上述烤烟品种特性,各烟区筛选卷烟工业企业喜好的适宜品种提供了依据。

摘  要：
In order to explore the contents of nonvolatile organic acids in different flue-cured tobacco varieties,we used thirteen tobacco varieties as experimental materials to determine the contents of their leaf nonvolatile organic acids,including Yunyan 87,Yunyan 100,Yunyan 108,Yunyan 112,Yunyan 116,AOV405,AOV506,AOV708,DVH301,DVH2001,DVH2103,PVH19 and NC71 under plot design experiment. The results showed that the contents of multiple organic acids from high to low were malic acid,oxalic acid,citric acid and malonic acid in a flue-cured tobacco variety.The contents of senior fatty acids reduced as linoleic acid,stearic acid,palmitic acid,myristic acid and lauric acid with carbon atoms reduction of saturated carbon chain. The contents of nonvolatile organic acids in different varieties from high to low were NC71,PVH19,AOV708,Yunyan108,Yunyan87, Yunyan 116, DVH301, Yunyan100, AOV506, AOV405, Yunyan112, DVH2001,DVH2103,the contents of nonvolatile organic acids in different flue-cured tobacco varieties and its components existed many differences. This research provides the basis for more comprehensive grasp-ing at the tobacco characteristics and the screening of suitable tobacco varieties of cigarette industrial enterprise preference.
