农民竹业合作制度多样性及其变迁研究

摘  要：
运用非正式制度和交易费用概念,构建了农民竹业合作制度变迁的理论分析框架,以福建省二都村的竹业合作历程为案例进行实证分析,研究农民竹业合作制度的多样性及其制度变迁问题。研究认为,在非正式制度安排下,农民合作意识高,合作行为多样。但在信息服务和扶持缺失的制度环境下,农民自发组建运行竹业合作组织的交易费用高昂,削弱了农民竹业合作组织内生动力。只有当农民竹业合作组织内生的交易费用足够低,使得农民通过合作组织获得的预期总效用大于通过非正式制度合作获得的预期总效用时,农民竹业合作才会向正式制度变迁,自发组建运行合作组织。

摘  要：
The theoretic analysis framework was constructed for the evolvement of farmers' cooperative institution for bamboo industry using the theories of informal institution and transaction costs, to study its diversity and evolvement with the case study of bamboo cooperative history of forest farmers at Erdu Village in Fujian Province. The results argued that under the informal institutional arrangement, forest farmers have a high sense of cooperation and organize varied cooperation behaviors. However, if in the institutional environment lacking information services and support, the bamboo cooperatives built by farmers themselves will face a high transaction cost, which then will undermine the internal driving force to organize farmers' cooperatives. Only when transaction costs within farmers' bamboo cooperatives are low enough to enable farmers acquire higher total expected utility through cooperatives than through informal institution, farmers' bamboo cooperatives can grow towards formal institution and can be organized by farmers spontaneously.
