摘  要:
采用Sepharose-4B鸡卵粘蛋白亲和层析对WGA进行纯化,纯化倍数达40倍左右,Sepharose结合的配甚量为每毫升沉淀凝胶30毫克左右,常温下操作稳定性较好。

摘  要:
Because wheat Germ Agglutinin to glucosamine, salivary acid et al. Has specific affinity, we used the sepharose-ovomucoid affinity chromatography to purify the WGA. The purified multiple reached to about 40. The liand bonded to sepharose is about 30mg for each milliliter precipitated gel. It is stabe under the mormal temperature.
