猪非典型性瘟病毒(APPV)研究进展

摘 要：
猪非典型性瘟病毒(APPV)是近两年来新发现的猪病毒性病原,引起新生仔猪先天性震颤,可导致仔猪站立困难、吮乳受阻甚至死亡,严重威胁着养猪业的持续健康发展。本文从APPV的发现与流行现状、病原特征、临床表现和病理变化及检测技术等方面的研究进展进行了综述,以期为APPV的防控工作提供参考。

摘 要：
Atypical porcine pestivirus (APPV) is a newly discovered viral infectious pathogen,which is a possible cause of congenital tremor in newborn piglets and puts a serious damage to swine industry.In this paper,the recent progress in discovery and epidemic situation,etiology,clinical signs,pathology and detection of APPV are reviewed in order to provide the latest information for its prevention and control.
