应用SolidWorks的曲面和实体设计的优势对汽车泵体上壳压铸模型芯进行设计;应用MasterCAM对汽车泵体上壳压铸模型芯进行数控自动编程与加工,比较、分析MasterCAM和SolidWorks设计功能的优越性,提高了复杂型芯的设计、制造及开发效率。

摘  要:
According to the advantages of Solidworks surface design and physical design,the die casting of automobile pump body top cabinet is designed,and also its NC auto-programming and process are finished based on MasterCAM,their superiority are compared and analyzed. This method can improve manufacturing and development efficiency of complicated mold core.
