摘 要：
[目的]为切尾拟鲿的种质资源保护和遗传育种研究提供理论依据。[方法]采用PHA和秋水仙素腹腔注射、肾细胞短期培养和空气干燥制片法,对切尾拟鲿染色体数目和核型进行了研究。[结果]切尾拟鲿的二倍体染色体数目为2n=52,染色体臂数(nf)为84,核型公式为:2n=18m+14sm+20st。[结论]该研究对长江水系切尾拟鲿资源的保护利用及系统演化研究具有重要意义。

摘 要：
[Objective] The aim was to provide a theoretical basis for the germplasm resources protection,genetics and breeding of Pseudobagrus truncates.[Method] The metaphase chromosomes of P.truncatus were obtained from head kidney tissue by the method of the phyohemagglutinin(PHA) and colchicine injection.The kidney cells were cultured and samples were made by air drying production method.And the chromosome number and karyotype of P.truncates were studied.[Result] The chromosome number of P.truncates was 2n=52,nf was 84,karyotype formula was 2n=18m+14sm+20st.[Conclusion] The research was of great significance for the resource conservation and genetic evolution of P.truncates in the river systems of Yangtze River.
