不同季节育成母牛产尿量及尿污染物排放量的对比分析

摘  要:
选择健康状况良好、体重和年龄相近的5头中国荷斯坦育成母牛作为试验对象,采用全收尿法研究不同季节产尿量、尿pH及尿污染物(COD、N、P、Cu和Zn)的排放量。结果表明,不同季节育成母牛产尿量、尿pH及尿COD、N、P、Cu、Zn等污染物的排放量均存在着极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)差异,其中尿pH以春季最高,极显著高于其他季节(P<0.01);产尿量以夏季最高,极显著高于春季和冬季(P<0.01),显著高于秋季(P<0.05);尿COD、TN、TKN、NH3-N和TP的排放量均以冬季最高,除凯氏氮外,均极显著高于春季和夏季(P<0.01);Cu、Zn排放量均以秋季最高,均极显著高于其他季节(P<0.01)。

摘  要:
Choosing Chinese holstein growing cows 5 with good health, similar weight, and the similar date of birth as test objects, the paper researched the produce urine output, urine pH and pollutant excretions(COD, N, P, Cu and Zn) of the growing cows in all the year round by using the method of urine collection. The results showed that season had extremely significant(P < 0.01) or significant(P < 0.05) difference between the urine output, urine pH and urine COD, N, P, Cu, Zn pollutant excretions of the growing cows, in which urine pH was at the highest of spring, extremely significantly higher than the other each season(P < 0.01). The urine output was highest in summer, which was extremely significantly higher than spring and winter(P < 0.01), and significantly higher than autumn (P < 0.05). The urine COD, TN, TKN, NH3-N and TP excretions were highest in winter, which were extremely significantly higher than spring and summer(P < 0.01) except TKN. The Cu and Zn excretions were highest in autumn, which were extremely significantly higher than the other each season(P < 0.01).
