河南省粮食生产核心区传统农业结构调整模式存在的问题及对策

摘  要：
通过分析传统农业结构调整模式存在的问题,揭示粮食生产核心区农民增收与粮食安全矛盾的经济学根源在于两权分离的土地制度,对传统农业结构调整模式困境引起的农业小规模经营、粮食安全政策激励不相容性、社会不公及社会福利损失等不利影响进行了分析,并提出对策,以供参考。

摘  要：
By analyzing the existing problems of the readjusting mode of the traditional agricultural structure,the contradiction between farmers' income and food security of grain-producing core areas in Henan Province which was rooted in the separation of the land use right from its ownership was revealed.Besides,the negative impacts caused by the predicament were also analyzed including small-scale production,incompatibility of food security policy incentives,social injustice and the loss of social welfare,and the countermeasures were put forward aimed to provide the reference.
