华南虎、金钱豹、云豹血清蛋白和LDH同工酶的电泳研究

摘  要：
本文报道了华南虎、金钱豹、云豹的血清蛋白和LDH同工酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱和扫描曲线。分析结果表明:华南虎、金钱豹和云豹的血清蛋白电泳可分辨的区带数分别为13、14、13。在各区带的相对迁移率及含量方面显示出动物体蛋白在物种间存在着差异。3种动物血清LDH同工酶谱带均为5条,但仍各具特征性电泳图谱,且LDH同工酶表型分析结果提示,华南虎与金钱豹的电泳图谱较为接近。

摘  要：
The serum protein and LDH isoenzyme in F.T. Amoyensis, F.P. Japonensis and F. Nebulosa were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Electrophoretogram of serum protein in 3 animals showed that there are species specificity. The numbers of band of serum protein in electrophoretogram are 13, 14 and 13 respectively. There is a little difference in a and β-globulin. 5 components of LDH isoenzyme are observed in all 3 animals, the different bands are referred to as LDH_1, LDH_2, LDH_3, LDH_4 and LDH_5 from positive electrode to negative and H subunit has the preponderance over M. But each animal has its characteristic zymogram (LDH isoenzyme activity ％). The electrophoretogram of F.T. Amoyensis is closer to that of F.P. Japonensis than to that of F. Nebulosa.
