干旱胁迫下茶树叶片物理性状的变化

摘  要:
干旱情况是茶区常见的自然灾害,研究干旱胁迫对重庆市区茶鲜叶生产具有现实意义.本研究通过盆栽福鼎茶树幼苗,按随机区组设计开展干旱胁迫试验,研究了干旱胁迫对茶树成龄叶片的形状、厚度、颜色及栅栏组织细胞密度等主要物理性状的影响.结果表明:随着干旱程度的加重,茶树叶片长度及长宽比减小,叶片颜色先是逐步加深,而后变浅,叶片厚度先升后降,叶片栅栏组织细胞密度有变大趋势.

摘  要:
Drought is a common natural disaster in tea area. It has practical significance to study on produces of fresh tea leaves under drought stress. The influence of drought stress on the main physical properties such as the shape,thickness,color and density of palisade tissue cell of tea tree leaf was studied,according to randomized block design,through potted fuding tea tree seedlings. The results showed that as the drought degree aggravating,the length and width ratio of tea leaves decreased,leaf color first gradually deepened,then becomes shallow,blade thickness first rises and then falls,cell density of leaf palisade tissue tends to increase.
