摘 要：
为了提高和完善《中华人民共和国兽药典》2015年版中槐花散的质量标准,增加了处方中君药炒槐花中芦丁的薄层鉴别,并采用HPLC法测定芦丁的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。芦丁对照品浓度在22.53～180.20μg/mL(R~2=0.999 9,n=5)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为101.11%,RSD为0.99%。该方法结果准确、操作简便、精密度高、重现性好,可作为槐花散的质量控制方法。

摘 要：
In order to enhance and improve the quality standard of Flos Sophorae Powder in the Chinese veterinary pharmacopoeia(2015 edition). The TLC identification of rutin from monarch drug parched Flos Sophorae in the prescription was added,and the content of rutin was determined by HPLC. TLC spots were clear,and the blank test showed no interference. The linearity of rutin was good in the linear range of 22.53～180.20 μg·mL-1(R2= 0.999 9,n=5). The average recovery rate of rutin was101.11% and RSD was 0.99%. The method was simple,accurate,good reproducibility and high precision,which could be used as the quality control method of Flos Sophorae powder.
