75%达科宁防治白菜根肿病产量损失测定及残留分析

摘 要:
白菜根肿病是十字花科蔬菜上的重要病害之一。75%达科宁(百菌清)是防治白菜根肿病的有效药剂。为将此病控制在经济危害水平(EIL)之下,从白菜二叶期起分别灌根1,2,3次,人为地造控制白菜根肿病危害梯度。根据试验结果,建立病情与小区产量的回归方程:Y=111 7659-0 9370x,r=-0 9997 ,病情指数与小区产量呈负相关。白菜采收时,进行达科宁残留检测:灌根1次未检测出残留;灌根2次有两个小区检测出残留,分别为0 0026和0 0062mg/kg,均未超标;灌根3次各小区均有残留的检出,分别为1 5543、0 8025、2 2922和3 9586mg/kg,有3个小区残留超标。因此,应用75%达科宁于苗期灌根2次,可经济、有效地防治白菜根肿病,且无农药残留,较安全。

摘 要:
Plasmodiophora brassicae was one of the most damaging diseases of cruifers.75?% DACOTECH was an effective germicide in controlling this disease.In order to reduce the yields losing under EIL,the germicide was applied for one time,two times and three times,respectively,at two leaf stage.The results showed that the relation between the disease index and plot yields was negative,and linear equation between the disease index and plot yields was established:Y=111.7659-0.9370x,r=-0.9997~().After harvest,the residual of DACOTECH in cabbage was not detected when applied for one time;the residuals in two plots were detected when applied for two times with the residuals of 0.0026 and 0.0062mg/kg,respectively,but the residuals did not exceeded the criterion.The residuals in all plots were detected when applied for three times with the residuals of 1.5543,0.8025,2.2922 and 3.9586 mg/kg,respectively,and the residuals in three plots exceeded the criterion.Therefore,cabbage clubroot can economically,effectively and safely be controlled by 75?% DACOTECH application for two times at leaf stage.
