变截面挖掘机铲斗的设计与研究

摘  要:
随着我国基础建设的加快,我国工程机械发展迅速,挖掘机铲斗作为易损件成为技术改进的重点。通过对挖掘机铲斗现状概况,总结铲斗易损症状,利用力学进行磨损原因分析,通过投影和三点定面原理确定正确的变截面铲斗设计流程。

摘  要:
With the acceleration of China's infrastructure, construction machinery in China develops rapidly. Excavator buckets as wearing parts become the focus of technical improvements. Through overview of excavator bucket status quo and summary of vulnerable symptoms in the buckets, reasons of wearing are analyzed, correct bucket design flow of variable cross -section is determined with the principle of projection and three-points determining a surface.
