基于EDEM的小型立式粉碎机粉碎刀具优化与研究

摘  要:
[目的]提高小型立式粉碎机的粉碎性能。[方法]对小型立式粉碎机、大豆进行实体测量,建立其EDEM模型,提出粉碎刀具的优化方案,以仿真时间1.01~1.10 s内颗粒的旋转动能均值、碰撞次数总和作为评价指标,对比优化前后的粉碎刀具性能,并重复3次仿真试验,验证优化的正确性。[结果]优化后粉碎机内颗粒的旋转动能均值、碰撞次数总和均大于原始粉碎机内颗粒,其颗粒旋转动能均值最大值为0.007 7 J,碰撞次数总和最大值为738次。[结论]优化后粉碎刀具性能明显优于优化前粉碎刀具性能,该研究可为其他粉碎机粉碎刀具的改进提供理论参考。

摘  要:
[Objective] To improve the crushing performance of small vertical crusher. [Method]Small vertical mill and soybean were physically measured so as to establish EDEM model. The optimization scheme of tool grinding was proposed. With the mean of rotational kinetic energy of 1. 01- 1. 10 s particles and the collision number sum as the indexes,grinding tool performance was compared before and after optimization. Simulation experiment was carried out for three times; and the correctness of optimization was verified. [Result] After optimization,the mean of rotational kinetic energy of 1. 01- 1. 10 s particles and the collision number sum were both greater than those of particles in the original mill. The mean maximum of particle rotational kinetic energy was 0. 007 7 J; the maximum value of the sum of collision times reached738. [Conclusion] After optimization,the performance of the grinding tool is obviously better than that of the former. This research provides theoretical references for the improvement of the grinding tool.
