摘 要：
农村移民迁安监督管理工作是水库移民工程的重要组成部分,河南省南水北调丹江口水库移民实践过程中,逐步形成了一套具有河南特色的农村移民迁安监督管理体系。该体系突出对安置点优化整合、安置对接、土地调整、移民新居建设质量等监督管理,不仅丰富了移民管理的内容,也进一步规范了农村移民迁安的管理工作。河南农村移民迁安监督管理体系在农村移民群众自我监督、社会舆论监督、移民项目建设监督以及对农村移民干部监督等方面为其他水库农村移民迁安监督管理提供了借鉴。

摘 要：
Supervision and administration in Danjiangkou Reservior area is an important part of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Henan province has formulated a special supervision and administration system in resettlement with Henan's characteristics. It includes full range supervisor,whole process supervisor and special supervisor. The optimization of resettlement sites,the butt joint of resettlement,the adjustment of fields, the construction of migrant houses are the obvious parts of the system. The supervision and administration system not only enriches the content of the water reservoir resettlement management,but also further improves the water reservoir resettlement management work. The practice of Henan's supervision and administration in resettlement highlights self-supervisor,media supervisor,engineering supervisor and cadre supervision. This offers experience for other water reservoir resettlement supervisor management work.
