大长杂交一代母猪PRLR、FSH-β和ESR基因多态性与产仔数的关系

摘 要：
采用PCR-RFLP和PCR方法对119头大长杂交一代母猪的PRLR、FSH-β和ESR基因进行分型,分析PRLR、FSH-β和ESR基因与猪产仔数的关系,为这3个基因的标记辅助选择方法提供理论依据和应用积累数据。结果显示,在所检测的大长杂交一代猪群体中,PRLR和FSH-β基因对大长杂交一代母猪产仔数有显著影响(P<0.05),ESR基因对母猪产仔数差异不显著(P>0.05)。PRLR基因对母猪产仔数呈现出AA>AB>BB的趋势;FSH-β基因对母猪产仔数呈现出BB>AB>AA的趋势。

摘 要：
The relationship between the Genes of PRLR,FSH-β,ESR and the litter size was analysised,providing theory for MAS and accumulate data for application.The genotypes of the PRLR gene,FSH-β gene,ESR gene in a Landrace×Large white sows population were detected by using PCR-RFLP technology.The results showed that in the Landrace×Large white F1 population several litter sizes including total number born,number born alive,were affected significantly by PRLR gene and FSH-β gene,but not significantly by ESR gene.The effect of PRLR gene to the litter size showed a tendency of AA>AB>BB.The allele B of FSH-β showed a tendency of BB>AB>AA.
