不同促腐剂对菇渣-鸡粪混合物发酵的影响

摘  要:
选用菇渣与鸡粪为原料进行高温好氧堆肥,研究了不同促腐剂对菇渣-鸡粪混合物的腐熟过程及腐熟效果的影响。结果表明:接种促腐剂后,经发酵腐熟的菇渣-鸡粪混合物理化性质均得到一定改善,具体表现为堆肥升温加快,超过55℃高温腐熟天数增加,有机碳含量显著下降,氮、磷和钾累积养分明显增加;其中,接种B2菌剂的处理腐熟效果最好。经过发酵腐熟后,菇渣-鸡粪混合物中的重金属含量增加显著,但均符合NY 525—2012有机肥料标准限量要求,可以直接施用。

摘  要:
In this study, decomposer accelerators were added to the compost with mushroom residue and chicken manure as raw materials, and effects of the decomposer accelerators on the fermentation performance of the compost were investigated. The results showed that the physicochemical properties of the mushroom residue and chicken manure were improved by adding decomposer accelerators. In the fermentation process, temperature rise of the compost was accelerated, days of decomposition at 55℃ or higher were increased, organic carbon content was decreased, and accumulated nutrients content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium increased significantly. Among the three treatments by adding decomposer accelerators, the treatment of B2 had a better effect on the fermentation performance. After the fermentation and decomposition, the heavy metals content in the mixture of mushroom residue and chicken manure increased remarkably, but the total content was in accord with the limited requirement of NY 525-2012 organic fertilizer standard, and the direct application of these products should pay attention to regulation, so as to avoid agricultural pollution.
