秸秆还田机动力参数微机测试系统的设计

摘  要:
新疆生产建设兵团主要种植棉花、小麦和玉米,为了改良土壤,秸秆还田是一种有效的办法。为此,各科研院所研制了多种适用的秸秆还田机。为了测量秸秆还田机在田间实际工作时的动力参数,设计了一套计算机辅助测试系统。介绍了秸秆还田机的主要动力参数—动力输入轴扭矩载荷的田间计算机测量系统的硬件组成、工作原理及其实现。

摘  要:
The production and construction corps mainly plant cotton, wheat and corn in Xinjiang. But for improving the soil. a valid method is giving back field machine for stalk. So each scientific research institute has developed many kinds of such machinery. For this reason. Designing a set of computer-aided test system for measuring the power parameter giving back field machine for stalk on work in field. The article introduces mostly the hardware’s component ,the principle of operation ,the application and realization of the torque’s computer test system in field.
