杜鹃冠网蝽触角感器的扫描电镜观察

摘  要:
利用电子扫描显微镜,对杜鹃冠网蝽成虫触角感器进行观察,从而了解杜鹃冠网蝽触角感器的分布、种类和形态特征。结果显示:杜鹃冠网蝽成虫触角为丝状,分为柄节、梗节和鞭节。成虫触角上存在着5种化学感器,即毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、腔形感器和Bhm氏鬃毛。雌雄个体之间触角感受器种类相同,不同类型的感器在触角各节上的数量与分布各不相同,其中,毛形感器数量最多、分布最广。同时对杜鹃冠网蝽触角与其相近种昆虫触角间的差异进行了比较,以期为杜鹃冠网蝽的行为学、形态学和电生理学等方面的研究提供基础资料。

摘  要:
The aim of the study was to understand the antennal sensilladistribution,type and shape of the Stephanitispyriodes by using scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that five types of sensilla were found on male and female S. pyriodes,namely sensillatrichodea,sensillachaetica,sensillabasiconca,sensillacavity and Bhm bristles,among which the sensillatrichodea was the most numerous. The paper provides basic data for its further study about behavior,ecology and electrophysiology.
