摘  要:
为探讨乳化异氟醚对大鼠不同脑区中枢神经NO-NOS-cGMP信号通路的影响,将36只Wistar大鼠分为对照组、麻醉组和麻醉恢复组,大鼠经尾静脉注射乳化异氟醚麻醉,采用比色和ELISA法检测各组不同脑区中枢神经一氧化氮(NO)产量、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性和环鸟苷酸(cGMP)含量。结果显示,大鼠在注射乳化异氟醚前后大脑皮质和海马中NO产量、NOS酶活性和cGMP含量变化与麻醉深度呈相关性,表明大脑皮质和海马中NO/cGMP信号转导系统参与了麻醉调控过程,大脑皮质和海马可能是乳化异氟醚产生麻醉效应的作用靶位。

摘  要:
This study is to investigate the effects of emulsified isoflurane to NO/c GMP signal path in central different rat brain regions. 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, anesthesia group and anesthesia recovery group. Rats were anesthetized by emulsified isoflurane from tail intravenous injection. Detect different brain regionsthe central nervous NO production, NOS activity and c GMP content by colorimetric and Elisa method. Results showed that the changes of NO production, activity of NOS, c GMP content have close correlation with the depth of anesthesia in rat cerebral cortex and hippocampus before and after injection of emulsified isoflurane. These indicates that NO/c GMP signal transduction system involved in the regulation of anesthesia in rat cerebral cortex and hippocampus. The cerebral cortex and hippocampus may be the target of anesthesia effect of emulsified isoflurane.
