粳型短光敏核不育水稻8608S杂种优势的分析

摘  要:
以8608S等7个不育系与同一父本821配组,用8608S为母本与不同的恢复系测交,用86优8号作对照,观察其F1的经济性状,计算竞争优势和超亲优势,并对8608S所配组合几个主要农艺性状进行了相关分析。结果表明:7个同父不同母本组合中8608S/821产量的竞争优势为32.5%;8608S为母本所配组合中产量竞争优势最大的仍为8608S/821较对照增产61.5%,两者均达到了极显著水平;8608S所配组合产量平均的竞争优势是37.7%,表明8608S的一般配合力很好;8608S所配组合单位面积上有效穗数、每穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重与产量呈正相关,而每穗总粒数与产量表现出较小的负相关,穗长与每穗总粒数和每穗实粒数呈极显著正相关,每穗总粒数与每穗实粒数之间也呈极显著正相关。

摘  要:
By combining with seven different female parents including 8608S and the same male parent 821 and testing with the same female parent 8608S and seven different restoring lines,the economic characteristics were analyzed to compare with the control 86You No.8,the competitive advantage and super close advantage was computed,and the correlation analysis of several main agronomic traits of there combinations with 8608S was carried out to compare with the control.The results were as follows.8608S/821 has the yield superiority of 32.5% compared with the control among these combinations with different female parents,and among those combinations used 8608S as female parent,8608S/821 has the biggest yield control heterosis of 61.5% compared with the control.Both superiority differences are at extremely significant level;The mean yield superiority of 37.7% compared with the control among 8608S combinations show that the general combining ability of 8608S is good;The yield of these combinations with 8608S is positively related to the effective panicle number,the full grain number,seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight,the total grain mumble is lesser negative related to the yield,the length of panicle is significantly positively related to the total grain mumble and the full grain number,and the full grain number is significantly positively related to the total grain mumble
