不同复合氨化处理稻草对育成羊瘤胃干物质降解率的影响

摘 要:
为研究稻草经氨化处理后对育成羊瘤胃干物质降解率的影响,试验采用瘤胃尼龙袋法,选择4只装有永久瘤胃瘘管的滩湖F2代育成公羊,按不同比例调制尿素-糖蜜-硫酸铵复合液处理稻草,采用套塑料袋和覆塑料膜2种不同贮存方式,测定处理稻草样品在瘤胃培养4、8、16、24、48、72 h的干物质降解率.结果表明:稻草经复合氨化后粗蛋白质(CP)含量改善显著,各处理组CP均值极显著高于对照组(CK组)(P<0.01),套袋和覆膜2种保存方式下处理2组CP含量比对照组分别提高了152.99%和145.09%.其瘤胃干物质降解率(DMD)随消化时间的延长呈递增趋势,其中套袋2组和覆膜复合氨化处理1组分别在多个消化时段的DMD表现良好.由此可见,以"3%尿素+3%糖蜜+0.5%硫酸铵+40%水溶液"和"3%尿素+5%糖蜜+0.5%硫酸铵+40%水溶液"为复合氨化处理调制稻草饲料的优选配方,均可改善羊瘤胃DM的消化降解能力.

摘 要:
In order to study the effect of straw on the degradation rate of the dry matter of ram hogg in the rumen after the combined ammoniation treatment.In the experiment,urea + molasses + ammonium sulfate + water was used to make different proportions of the composite ammonification solution to treat straw,and the two different storage methods of the plastic bag and the covering plastic film were further ammoniated.And select four fitted with permanent rumen fistula of Tan sheep×Hu sheep hybrid F2 generation of ram hogg,rumen nylon bag method,determination of different compound ammoniated treating straw in fluid rumen culture 4,8,16,24,48,72 h dry matter degradation rate.The results showed that the content of the crude protein(CP) of straw was significantly improved after the compound ammonia,and the CP mean of each group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.01).The rumen degradation rate of dry matter(DMD) increasing trend with the extension of digestion time.The group I-2 and group II-1 perform well in a number of digestion time DMD.The results suggest the optimized formulation of the compound ammonification treatment of straw feed was prepared with "3% urea +3% molasses +0.5% ammonium sulfate +40% aqueous solution"and "3% urea +5%molasses +0.5% ammonium sulphate +40% aqueous solution".
