基于离散元法的宝塔菜联合收获机输送机构研究

摘  要:
针对现有收获机在果实的运送过程中存在的壅土、耗用劳动力大等突出问题,以宝塔菜联合收获机为研究对象,对收获机的输送机构进行了研究设计。使用离散元法建立土壤的运动模型,比较了输送器在不同结构参数和工作参数下果实与土壤的输送情况,确定了收获机合理的设计参数,提高了宝塔菜收获率,为收获机输送机构的设计与研究提供了理论依据。田间初步试验表明:果实和土壤能够流畅输送,证明了运用离散元法分析收获机输送机构的可行性。

摘  要:
Problems that obstruction and consumption of labor of harvesting machine in the process of fruit transport is obvious. With the combine harvest machine of artichoke as example,researching and designing of conveying mechanism of harvester,and describing the transport system. Using the discrete element method to establish the motion model of the soil,comparing the conveyor in different angle and the operation situation of the soil under different linear velocity,determine harvesting machine reasonable structure and operation parameters,for the study of the harvester is the design of transmission mechanism and provide theoretical research.
