摘  要：
对92 只夏洛来与藏羊的杂种一代绵羊的血清淀粉酶活性及其同工酶酶谱进行了研究。结果表明:①夏×藏一代羊的血清淀粉酶(AMY) 有AMY1 ,AMY2 和AMY3 三种同工酶,其中AMY2 同工酶存在多态性; ②AMY2 同工酶有显现酶活性的AMY2A 和不显现酶活性的AMY2O 两种表型,AMY2O型为优势表型(75% ) ;③血清AMY活性为242.3IU/L;④AMY2A型绵羊的血清AMY 活性(305.3IU/L) 非常显著地高于AMY2 O型绵羊(154,1 IU/L)(P< 0.01) 。

摘  要：
first filial generation of Charolais and Tibetan sheep(C×T sheep)were used to study the activity and spectra isozyme of serum amylase.The results were as follows:(1)There were three isozymes of serum amylase including AMY1,AMY2 and AMY3,but only AMY2 existed the polymorphism in C×T sheep.(2)There were both AMY2 A phenotype showing activity of enzyme and AMY2 0 phenotype which was not activity of enzyme on the locus of AMY2,and the AMY2 O type was a preponderant phenotype (75.0%).(3)The activity of serum amylase was 246.8 IU/L.(4)The activity of serum amylase in the sheep with AMY2 A phenotype (305.3IU/L) was very significantly higher than that in the sheep with AMY2 O phenotype(175.1 IU/L)(P<0.01).
