福建自贸区港口物流中心发展影响因素研究

摘 要：
随着我国近几年经济的发展及服务贸易的快速增长,海港型物流中心呈现出强势崛起的趋势,在国家经济、政策的推动下发展港口物流、港口物流配送中心的建设将成为未来发展的首要任务。本文针对福建自贸区港口物流中心区位设置的特点利用次级资料分析法及PEST分析法,列出了几点对海港型物流中心区位选择有重大影响的因素,并使用DEMATEL分析数据,建立初始矩阵、正规化矩阵等模型,并绘制因果图,根据数据找出当中关键因素,福建地区设置海港型物流中心的合理规划提供建设性建议。

摘 要：
Along with our country in recent years the development of economy and the rapid growth of the service trade,port type logistics center presents a strong rising trend,under the impetus of the national economy,the policy for the construction of the development of port logistics,port logistics distribution center will be a priority for the future development.Logistics center and the region's economic development is an integral of promote each other.To promote port logistics center service competitiveness has the very strong practical significance,based on the characteristics of fuzhou harbor type logistics center using the secondary data analysis and PEST analysis,on the harbour type listed several factors that have a major impact on logistics center location selection,and uses DEMATEL analysis data,establish the initial matrix,such as normalized matrix model,and draw the causality diagram,according to the data to find out key factors,for the logistics company set up in fuzhou area harbor type logistics center location choice when carries on the reasonable location planning and provide constructive Suggestions.
