柴油机调速器的原理及故障检测

摘  要：
调速器是柴油机的重要组成部分。调速器故障是柴油机的典型疑难故障。为此,以VE型分配泵柴油机调速器为例,简要说明了VE调速器的组成及工作原理;同时,分析了柴油机几种常见故障与调速器的关系,对产生故障的原因进行了初步探讨,提出了一些排除调速器常见故障的方法。

摘  要：
The governor is one of the important parts of a diesel engine.On the basis of merit,precision and complexity,nowadays,the governor’s faults turn into typical difficult problems exiting in the diesel.Taking the VE governor for example,this thesis introduces its structure and operational principle simply and analyses several popular faults with the governor.Furthermore,the factors behind these breakdowns are investigated in depth,and in the last some countermeasures are put up with.
