摘  要：
为缓解俄罗斯果蔬进口禁令造成的苹果滞销压力,波兰政府借助其在"一带一路"中的特殊区位,及中波国家元首国事访问契机,成功签署中波苹果贸易协议,率先打开中国苹果进口市场。波兰苹果质优价低,短期内会对中国中高端鲜食苹果市场形成较大冲击;长期来看,随着中波果品贸易深化,波兰果业发展与规划、生产与经营、组织与协作、营销与贸易、文化培育及传承等方面的做法与经验会对中国果业的发展产生正向引导作用。业界需要准确研判中波苹果贸易趋势,以及对中国苹果产业发展及市场的影响,立足产业发展实际,在供给侧结构性调整时期,制定苹果产业发展规制政策与贸易促进政策,力促产业升级与提质增效。

摘  要：
In order to alleviate the pressure of domestic unmarketable apple caused by the Russian apple and vegetable import ban,the Polish government,with its special status in ‘the Belt and Road'initiative,successfully signed the Poland-China Apple Trade agreement on the occasion of the state visit of the heads of two states,Poland firstly developed China′s apple import market.The influx of Polish apple which has superiority in quality and price formed a greater impact on Chinese midrange and high-end fresh apple market in a short period.With the deepening of fruit trade between China and Poland,the practices and experience of the Polish fruit industry in many aspects,such as development and planning,production and management,organization and collaboration,marketing and trade,cultural cultivation and heritage and so on,produced a positive role in guiding the development of China′s fruit industry.The Chinese fruit industry needs to accurately study and determine the trend of apple trade between China and Poland,as well as the impact on the development of China′s apple industry and market,and make the apple industry development and trade promotion policies to promote industrial upgrading and quality improvement based on the industrial supply side of the structural adjustment perspective.
