打造农机化服务引擎 助力农机化又好又快发展

摘  要：
广东省江门地区田块小且分散,导致农机化进程发展缓慢,特别是水稻种植机械化技术推广应用方面,前期引导推动种植大户、农机大户开展水稻机械化插秧取得快速发展,但当前继续推进速度放缓,甚至停滞不前。总结分析当前农机推广模式,分析当前社会发展趋势,积极转变农机推广手段,践行新发展理念,大力扶持和发展社会化农机服务组织,由"希望你做"向"我帮你做"转变,培育壮大一批"全程机械化+综合农事"服务组织,推动"订单农业""大田托管"等农业生产全程机械化服务模式,为本地区因田块小、分散造成阻碍农机化快速发展问题提供有效解决方案,推进农机化服务提档升级,加快"机器换人"步伐,为实现农业农村现代化提供重要保障。

摘  要：
In view of the current development situation of agricultural mechanization in Jiangmen area, there are some slow-down phenomena caused by the small and dispersed fields, especially the popularization and application of rice planting mechanization technology. In the early stage, large farmers of rice planting and agricultural machinery are guided to carry out mechanized rice transplanting, which has achieved rapid development, but at present, the speed of its advancement continues to slow down, even stagnated. To this end, this paper summarizes and analyses the current agricultural machinery promotion model, proposes to adapt to the current social development trend, actively change the means of agricultural machinery promotion, implement new development concepts, vigorously support and develop the socialized agricultural machinery service organizations, change from "hope you do" to "I help you do", To cultivate and strengthen a number of "full mechanization + comprehensive farming" service organizations, promote "order agriculture" and "field trusteeship" and other agricultural production mechanization service modes, and provide effective solutions for the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in this region. Promote the upgrading of agricultural mechanization services, speed up the pace of "machine replacement", and providing important guarantee for realizing agricultural and rural modernization.
