三个肉鸭新品系及其杂种的肉用性能测定

摘  要:
试验在相同舍饲条件下测定了天府大型肉鸭G、M、L三个品系和其余种GM、GL以及樱桃谷肉鸭观系商品代(CV)、狄高肉鸭商品代(TC)的增重性能和屠宰性能。结果表明:七周龄体重GM(2965.0克)位居于各组之首,GM组的体重表现出高度杂种优势(P<0.01);七周龄胸肌重GM(208.0克)和M(210.0克)、CV(208,4克)没有显著差异(P>0.05),而高于其它各组,但腿肌重显著高于其双亲和其它各组.GM全净膛重、胸肌重和腿肌重八周龄的杂种优势比七周龄明显增加,特别是胸肌重。七周龄皮脂率GM组(27.8%)最低.GM的饲料转化率七周龄(2.62:1)和八周龄(2.80:1)也表现最优。GM用于生产全胴体的适合屠宰期不得超过七周龄,而用于生产分割肉则要养至八周龄.GM的各项肉用性能已达到或超过从国外引进的樱桃谷肉鸭SM系和狄高肉鸭的水平,可以用于生产替代进口。

摘  要:
The trail was made to determine meat performance of 3 Tianfu meatduck strains (G, M, L), their crosses (CM, CL), comercial stocks of Cherry, Valleymeat duck SM strain (CV) aud Tegal meat duck commercial stocks (TC) under thesame housing condition. At the age of 7 weeks, the results show, that the LiveWeight (LW) of GM was heaviest (2965. 0g). The heterosis for the LW of GM wassignificant. The breast muBscle weight (BMW) of GM (205. 0g), M(210. 0g) and CV(208. 4g) had no significant difference (P>0. 05), but it was heavier than that ofthe other groups, and the thigh muscle weight (TMW) of GM was heavieat. The hybridvigor for the weights of eviscerated, thigh muscle, especially the breast muscleof GM obiviously increasod more at 8 weeks of age than those at 7 weeks of age.Percentage of subcntaneous fat plus skin content of GM wa8 the lowest (27. 8%).Feed conversion efficiency of CM was best at 7 (2. 62: 1) and 8 weeks (2. 80: 1) ofage. Therefore, GM can be chosen for production and take the place of imports.
