壳聚糖和鱼精蛋白对淡水污损黏附菌的抑制作用

摘  要:
水下固形物表面微生物的黏附生长是生物污损层形成和生物腐蚀的初级阶段。从长江水体分离得到三株淡水黏附菌,在前期对其形态特征进行研究的基础上,对其黏附生长进行了初步研究,探讨了壳聚糖和鱼精蛋白两种物质对它们生长、黏附的抑制作用。结果显示,3种菌株在玻璃片上能迅速黏附,壳聚糖与鱼精蛋白处理菌体后能明显改变菌株生长或黏附情况;处理材料表面后能显著改变材料表面能,引起不同的微生物黏附现象。

摘  要:
Microbial adhesion and growth is the primary stage of fouling layer formation and biological corrosion of the solid surface underwater. Three strains of freshwater adhesion of bacteria were isolated from the Yangtze River. The morphological characters and adhesion growth were studied. The inhibition of growth or adhesion of chitosan and protamine was investigated.Results showed that three strains adhered to glass slide rapidly. Chitosan and protamine could obviously change the growth or adhesion of the strains. Treatment of the material surface could change the material surface energy and cause different microbial adhesion.
