牙周病患者固定义齿修复的临床分析

摘  要：
目的:探讨牙周病患者固定义齿的临床效果。方法:随机选取来医院就诊的牙周病患者120例共150个牙单位,详细记录固定义齿修复前、修复即时、修复后30d、修后复90d的牙周健康指数,并进行比较分析,同时对修复效果进行综合评判。结果:修复前后牙周指数无统计学差异(P>0.05),且在随访的3个时间点内,亦无明显变化(P>0.05);随访2年和3年后的综合评判结果显示修复的总体有效率分别为96.67%和92.00%。结论:在对牙周病患者的治疗中,固定义齿修复松动牙的临床效果显著。

摘  要：
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fixed denture for patients with the periodontal disease.Methods:120patients,a total of 150 dental units,with the periodontal disease in the 181 st Hospital of Chinese PLA had been randomly selected,and the periodontal status had been carefully recorded before the treatment,immediately after the treatment,30 days later and 90 days later.The results had been comparatively analyzed and meanwhile the restoration effects had been comprehensively evaluated.Results:The periodontal index scores showed no statistical significance before and after restoration(P>0.05),and there were no significant differences at the 3time points of follow-up(P>0.05).The effective rates of restoration by the comprehensive evaluation was 96.67% after2 years follow-up,and 92.00%after 3years follow-up,respectively.Conclusion:In the treatment of the periodontal disease the clinical effects of fixed denture for restoring loose teeth are obvious and it is worthy of further application.
