摘  要:
TS浓度高于10%的高固体型厌氧发酵具有罐容利用率高、发酵效率高等优点,但存在厌氧消化反应器易酸化及运行不稳定等一系列关键工程难题。为解决高负荷进料带来问题,该研究采用餐厨垃圾、粪便、污泥联合消化工艺,在总固体浓度为12%的条件下进行,通过不同物料比例试验对C/N和有机负荷等关键参数进行优化.对于50℃高温厌氧发酵,餐厨垃圾∶粪便∶污泥在最优物料比条件下(湿重比为6∶1∶1)最佳水力停留时间为18天,其VS转化效率达69.7%以上,产气量达0.38 L·g-1VS。

摘  要:
The high concentration anaerobic fermentation,e. g. TS concentration higher than10%,has the advantages of better tank utilization and high volumetric gas production etc,but it has a series of key engineering problems such as acidification and unstable operation. In order to solve the problems caused by high load feeding,a high TS concentration of 12%was applied in the anaerobic digestion with mixed material of kitchen waste,feces and sludge. The key parameters of C / N and organic loading rate were optimized by tests of different material ratio. For the anaerobic fermentation at 50 ℃,the optimal ratio of kitchen waste,feces and sludge was 6∶ 1∶ 1( wet weight) and the optimal hydraulic retention time was 18 d.Under these optimal condition,the VS conversion efficiency was above 69. 7% and the gas production was more than 0. 38L·g- 1VS.
