液压低频振动钻削系统的设计

介绍了振动钻削机械系统及扭矩检测系统的设计及构造,并利用该系统对若干典型材料进行振动钻削试验.结果表明:振动钻削具有钻削扭矩小、钻孔扭矩波动小等工艺效果.

摘  要:
The design and structure of vibration drilling mechanical system and torque test system were introduced,and several kinds of typical materials were drilled by this experiment system.The result showed the drilling torque of vibration drilling was low and the fluctuation of vibration drilling torque was small too.
