桐油酸制备工艺的优化研究

摘要：

研究了桐油皂化制备桐油酸的工艺,采用气相色谱测定桐油酸含量,对影响桐油酸含量的几个主要因素分别进行了单因素和正交实验。并得出桐油酸制备的最佳工艺条件为:皂化温度70℃、回流时间1.5h、pH值3.0。

摘要：

studying on eleostearic preparation process by saponification of tong oil,introducing determination of eleostearic content by gas chromatography,inspecting the main factors which affect content of eleostearic by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.Then We found out the best technological process: the temperature of saponification is 70℃,the time of flowing back is 1.5 hours and the pH value is 3.0.
