水氮配合对春小麦灌浆期旗叶生理特性的影响

摘  要:
在盆栽条件下,研究不同水分条件下氮素营养对春小麦灌浆期旗叶生理特性的影响。结果表明土壤相对含水量低于45%时,施氮处理的春小麦旗叶脯氨酸和MDA含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量降低。由于光合产物积累减少,增施氮肥使旗叶可溶性糖含量降低。当土壤相对含水量在45%~75%之间时,增施氮肥使春小麦旗叶的渗透调节能力增强,MDA含量降低,可溶性蛋白含量增加。当土壤相对含水量高于75%时,氮肥的效应随着土壤相对含水量的增加而降低。

摘  要:
The pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of nitrogen nutrition on flag leaves' physiological characteristics at the tilling stage of spring wheat under the different soil water content.The results showed that under the conditions of the relative soil water content below 45 percent,praline content and MDA content of spring wheat of N fertilizer treatments in flag leaves increased,soluble protein content reduced.Because accumulation of photosynthate decreased,the increase in the N fertilizer made soluble sugar content in flag leaves reduce.When the relative soil water content was between 45 and 75 percent,the increase of the N fertilizer made the osmotic adjustment abilities of spring wheat strengthen,MDA content reduce,soluble protein content increase.The effects of N fertilizer were weakened with the increasing relative soil water content under the conditions of the relative soil water content beyond 75 percent.
