粉煤灰再生混凝土力学特性研究

摘  要:
为了减小建筑垃圾和尾矿的排放量,本文分别将粉煤灰和废弃混凝土加工后加入胶凝材料和粗骨料,制备粉煤灰再生混凝土材料,通过室内试验方法研究其立方体单轴抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和坍落度力学特性,分析粉煤灰和再生骨料掺量对再生混凝土力学特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:1)适量的粉煤灰添加有助于提高再生混凝土的抗压强度;2)再生混凝土的抗拉强度随再生骨料掺量的增大而减小,但减小趋势不显著;3)粉煤灰再生混凝土的坍落度分别与粉煤灰和再生骨料掺量呈指数增长和线性减小关系。

摘  要:
In order to reduce construction waste and emissions of tailings, we respectively adding processed fly ash and waste concrete into gelling material and coarse aggregate. The cube uniaxial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and slump mechanical characteristics of recycled concrete were studied through indoor experiment method. The influence laws of fly ash and recycled aggregates content on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete were analyzed. The results show that: 1) appropriate amount of fly ash can improve the compressive strength of recycled concrete; 2) the tensile strength of recycled concrete decreases with the increase of recycled aggregate content, but the decrease trend is not significant; 3) the relation between the slump of fly ash recycled concrete and the fly ash and recycled aggregate content is exponential growth and linear decrease respectively.
