3种松科植物松针多酚的体外抗氧化活性评价

摘  要:
红松、油松和樟子松3种松科植物的松针为实验原料,以DPPH自由基清除率、羟自由基清除率和总还原能力为指标,评价3种松多酚的体外抗氧化活性,并与抗氧化剂VC进行比较,通过测定松针中多酚含量、原花青素含量和黄酮含量,分析抗氧化活性与其3种酚类物质之间的相关性。结果表明,樟子松多酚抗氧化能力较红松和油松多酚低,红松多酚对DPPH自由基清除效果最好,清除率最高可达94.52%,IC50值为4.44μg/m L,油松多酚对羟自由基的清除率最好,清除率可达84.08%,IC50值为37.07μg/m L,油松多酚总还原能力最好,EC50值为93.06μg/m L。相关性分析表明,多酚含量与DPPH自由基清除能力和总还原能力存在显著相关性,在抗氧化能力中起到了主要作用。因此,松针多酚由于其具有较好的抗氧化能力可作为一种天然的抗氧化剂。

摘  要:
Raw materials for experiment is three pine needles from Pinus koraiensis,P. tabuliformis and P. sylvestris. Evaluating three kinds of pine polyphenols antioxidant activity in vitro and comparing with antioxidant VC,from the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals,scavenging rate of hydroxyl free radicals and the total reducing power as an index. Total phenols,proanthocyanidins and flavonoids were measured to analyze the correlation between antioxidant activity and contents. The results indicated that antioxidant activity of P. koraiensis polyphenols and P. tabuliformis polyphenols are higher then P. sylvestris. P. koraiensis polyphenols showed the highest activity of scavenging DPPH free radicals,the scavenging rate and the value of IC50 were 94. 52 % and 4. 44 μg / m L,respectively. P. tabuliformis polyphenols showed the highest activity of scavenging hydroxyl free radicals,the scavenging rate and the value of IC50 were 84. 08% and 37. 07 μg / m L,respectively. P. tabuliformis polyphenols showed the highest reducing power,the value of EC50 were 93. 06 μg / m L. Correlation analysis showed that scavenging rate of DPPH and reducing power were positively correlated to the content of phenols. The polyphenol has played a major role in antioxidant properties. Pine needle polyphenols had high antioxidant activity and it can be used as a kind of natural antioxidant.
