静电喷雾对常温烟雾机雾化性能和扩散性能的影响

摘  要:
将广泛用于塑膜温室内病虫害防治的常温烟雾机,分别在雾滴带静电和不带静电两种情况下进行了喷雾试验。把喷洒的微细雾滴附着到镜面纸和接地线的铜板上,求出粒径、粒数以及覆盖率,明确了静电喷雾对常温烟雾机微粒化性能和扩散性能的影响。试验结果表明,静电喷雾与非静电喷雾相比,雾滴粒径小,雾化性能好,反面的附着性好。此外,在温室内的扩散性也好,基本上达到均匀喷洒。

摘  要:
This paper deals with the effect of electrostatic spray on atomizing and diffusion performance of non-heating fog machine which was extensively used to protect in vinyl greenhouse.The test results showed that electrostatic spray could make spray particles size smaller and make atomization performance,adhesion to back side,diffusion performance better than that of spray particles without electrostatic charge.And it became clear that spray particles were sprayed almost well-distributed in vinyl greenhouse with electrostatic charge.
