昆明地区‘凤丹’牡丹植株开花相关的生物学特性

摘  要:
选取海拔范围为1 917-2 438m的5个试验点(西山区海口林场、富明罗免基地、五华区西翥核桃示范基地、忠平忠义核桃合作示范基地和禄劝漩涡塘林场),以3年生的‘凤丹’牡丹苗木为材料,通过调查研究这5个试验点‘凤丹’牡丹的花期生长情况,初步研究昆明地区第1年栽种‘凤丹’牡丹开花的生物学特性。结果表明,在昆明5个试验点种植‘凤丹’牡丹,花部结构正常;不同试验点植株进入花期的时间与原产地植株进入花期的时间相比较早,单朵花花期、群体花期的持续时间分别较原产地的长;各试验点之间进入花期的时间出现先后性差异,各试验点盛花期主要集中于3月上旬至4月中旬,盛花期开花率均可达到50%左右。此外,未开花植株当年生茎干较矮,茎干周围轮生状的侧枝生长相对较旺盛,而开花植株当年生的茎干主枝生长旺盛,几乎无侧枝生长,且运用统计学对植株生长量与其开花情况进行相关性分析表明,‘凤丹’牡丹植株的开花情况均与新枝直径、新枝茎高、枝干茎粗差、枝干茎高差指标差异显著且呈正相关关系。综上所述,‘凤丹’牡丹在昆明地区栽种第1年开花正常,群体花期、单花期均具有地域性特点,从植株开花生物学角度表现出相应的适应性。

摘  要:
In this study,three-year-old plant of Paeonia suffruticosa cv. Feng Dan with length of 15-20 centmeter( cm) cultivated at five sites where the altitude range from 1 917 meter( m) to 2 438 m in Kunming,such as,Haikou forestry,Fumin base,Xizhu test demonstration base,Zhongyi test demonstration base,Xuanwotang forestry,were selected to study characteristic on the booming of Paeonia suffruticosa cv. Feng Dan by the means of investigating blooming situation and increment of plants at the each site. The results showed that the flower morphology the of Paeonia suffruticosa cv. Feng Dan grew normally at each site. It was earlier to get into flowering phase at each sites than that's at the origin. Simultaneously,it was longer of respectively Single flower's blooming and florescence of group at the each site than that's at the origin. It had difference on the time of getting successively into flowering phase. The full-blossom period ranged from the March to the April. The blooming ratio was about percentage of fifty in the full-blossom period. Furthermore,the current-year branch grew short on the plants without flowering and there were a ring of lateral branches,which became more vigorous,around the current-year branch.Nevertheless,the current-year branch grew strongly on the plants with flowering and had hardly lateral branches.Meanwhile,through statistics of correlation analysis between increment and the bloom,it showed that the boom had significant variation with the diameter of current year main branch,the height of current year main branch,difference value on the diameter or the height between the current year main branch and old branch( main branch of overground part before growing). Correspondingly,the boom had positive correlation with these indexes. As a consequence,the Paeonia suffruticosa cv. Feng Dan which was planted at Kunming in first year,grew normally. It had regionalism on the single flower's blooming and florescence of group,and this reflected its adaptation in terms of the plant blossom biology.
