原子荧光法测定生物反应堆麦秆原料中的铅

摘  要:
采用断续流动氢化物发生器,以碱性铁氰化钾为氧化剂,在柠檬酸介质中使铅产生铅烷后,采用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定痕量铅。将该法应用于生物反应堆麦秆原料中痕量铅的测定,在选定最佳工作条件下加标回收率为97.33%。同时介绍了实际应用中的经验和测铅时常遇到的故障,并提出了相关的处理方法。

摘  要:
The determination of Pb by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was performed.Alkaine potassium ferricyanide was used to oxidize Pb to tetravalent state.plumbane was generated in citric acidmedium.Under optimum conditions,the method has been applied to the determination of plumbum in straw with recoveries of 97.33%.The experience of practical application and the faults were introduced,some relevant processing methods were pointed out.
