摘 要:
胚胎干细胞(ESC)和诱导性多能干细胞(i PS)是一类能向多种细胞类型分化的多能干细胞,在特定体外培养条件下可诱导产生生殖细胞。充分了解胚胎干细胞和诱导性多能干细胞分化过程及其影响因子,对治疗越来越突出的不孕不育症和提高濒危动物的繁殖具有重要意义。已经证实,在小鼠上可以通过体外诱导多能干细胞分化为雄配子和雌配子并最终发育成胚胎是可行的,应用在人上只是时间问题。现就多能干细胞体外诱导分化为生殖细胞进行综述。

摘 要:
Embryonic stem cells( ESC) and induced pluripotent stem cells( i PS) are a class of pluripotent stem cells that can differentiate into many cell types,which can be induced into germ cells under particular culture conditions in vitro. Fully understanding the differentiation process and influencing factors of ESC and i PS has great significance for treating increasingly prominent infertility and improving reproduction of endangered species. It has been confirmed that,it is feasible that pluripotent stem cells in mice can be differentiated into male and female gametes by in vitro induction and eventually developed into embryos,and the application in person is only a matter of time. Here,the research of inducing pluripotent stem cells to produce germ cells in vitro is reviewed.
