牛BMP15基因5′UTR区克隆及生物信息学分析

摘  要:
研究克隆了牛BMP15基因5′UTR区1350 bp的基因组序列,利用promoter在线工具分析发现,在扩增片段的255~305 bp处存在可能的启动子位点;利用TFSEARCH在线程序发现该段序列上有35个评分在90分以上的潜在的转录因子结合位点,其中评分在95分以上的有5个。在这些转录因子的结合位点中,部分与启动子有关(如GC-box等),但没有发现对转录有重要调控作用的TATA-box。

摘  要:
The cattle BMP15 gene 5′UTR region was cloned and sequenced,then a 1350 bp gene sequence was aquaired.A promoter region in 255-305bp was predicted by on-line tool promoter,and 35 binding sites of transcription factors,with scores higher than 90,was found by online tool TFSEARCH,of which 5 with scores over 95.Some of these binding sites of transcription factors were connected with promoter,such as GC-box,but the TATA-box,important for gene expression,was not found in the region.
