油茶高产无性系的ISSR分子鉴别

摘 要:
采用ISSR分子标记方法,对江西25个每hm2产量达到750 kg的油茶高产无性系进行分子鉴别研究.结果表明:从100条ISSR引物中筛选出9条具有多态性的引物进行PCR扩增,得到108个位点,其中95个为多态位点,多态比率达87.96%;建立了25个油茶无性系的DNA指纹库,并分析出这些油茶无性系分子鉴别的最优引物组合;聚类分析显示,各无性系遗传背景复杂.研究结果可为油茶新品种的登记和保护及分子标记辅助选择育种提供分子依据.

摘 要:
Identification was conducted,in Jiangxi Province,of the 25 selected clones of Camellia oleifera with a yield of more than 750 kg·hm-2,by ISSR molecular markers.The results are as follows.9 primers screened out of 100 are amplified and form the amplification,108 ISSR markers are obtained,of which 95 are polymorphic loci and the percentage of polymorphic bands is 87.96%.The fingerprints database of 25 clones was established and the optimal combination of primers for the identification of these clones was summarized.The results also demonstrate that abundant genetic diversity exists among C.oletfera clones.This will provide a sound basis for registering and preserving these new variety entries.
