一例山魈脂肪肝的治疗与讨论

摘  要：
2016年4月,无锡市动物园一雌性山魈突然发病,经14 d的全力救治最后死亡,结合临床和尸体剖检确诊为重度脂肪肝引起的肝肾功能衰竭以及肺水肿最终导致的死亡。虽然最终因动物病情严重无法治愈,但在治疗过程中积累了宝贵的经验和教训。文章对于此次动物发病进行分析探讨。

摘  要：
In April 2016,a female mandrill sudden onset,after 14 days full treatment to the final death,combined with clinical and autopsy confirmed that severe fatty liver caused by liver and kidney function failure and pulmonary edema eventually lead to death.Although cannot be cured because severe disease in the end,but in the process of treatment has accumulated valuable experiences and lessons,this paper discussed the disease.
