甘薯济黑1号茎尖脱毒与快繁技术研究

摘  要:
以甘薯(Ipomoea batatas L.)济黑1号为试材,对济黑1号茎尖脱毒和脱毒苗快繁技术进行研究,并用指示植物法对再生植株无性系进行病毒检测。结果表明,在薯块出芽30 d内,外植体的处理中采用2%的NaClO溶液处理最好,接种于含有1 mg/L 6-BA的MS培养基中,取材污染率最低,成苗率最高。快繁过程中普通MS培养基中加入0.02 mg/L IAA对快繁更加有利。

摘  要:
Jihei No.1(Ipomoea batatas L.) was used to develop the technology of virus-free sweet potato production by using meristem tip and its reproduction. Brazil petunia was used as an test plant to verify which was free from virus. The results showed that the materia grown older than one month can be easily contagious, using those materia collected treated with 2% NaClO at an appropriate time, the rate of contagious could be dramatically reduced. The MS medium with 1 mg / L 6-BA can induce high rate of seedling, and the ordinary medium added with 0.02 mg / L IAA can be good for reproduction.
