山西绵核桃无融合生殖特性研究

摘  要:
山西绵核桃是我国核桃重要的栽培类型,以山西绵核桃为试材研究了其无融合生殖特性。套袋隔离结果表明,4个供试核桃单系均具有一定的无融合生殖能力,平均无融合生殖率为20.4%,最高达67.4%;方差分析结果显示不同地区来源单系间无融合生殖能力的差异达极显著水平,说明山西绵核桃群体中存在专性无融合生殖类型。山西绵核桃无融合生殖胚由卵细胞发育而来,属孤雌生殖类型。具无融合生殖特性的山西绵核桃后代叶片过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱一致性高于自然授粉后代。讨论了培育具无融合生殖特性的核桃新品种的可能性。

摘  要:
Shanxi Mianhetao is the common name of walnut grown in Shanxi province,which has a long cultivation history.Although a number of research programs about seed plant apomixis have been carried out around the world,the information is very limited in walnut.This paper presented the results of the Shanxi Mianhetao' walnut apomixis research.The main results were as follows:(1) Bagged isolation showed that there were some definite capacities of apomixis in Shanxi Mianhetao walnut among the 4 cultivars studied.The apomixis rate averaged 20.4% with the highest being 67.4%.Statistics analysis indicated that apomixis varied significantly among the 4 cultivars grown in different areas.It suggests that there are some specific apomixis cultivars existing in the Shanxi Mianhetao walnut.(2) The apomixis embryo in Shanxi Mianhetao walnut is suggest-ed to be of the parthenogenesis.(3)The isoenzyme zymogram uniformity of peroxydase(POD) in apomixis seedlings of Shanxi Mianhetao walnut was higher than the offspring of naturally pollinated ones.The possibility of breeding new apomixis walnut cultivar is discussed.
