基于文化积淀视角的延安谷子生产分析与展望

摘  要：
谷子在中国传统文化中位列五谷之首。谷子种植最早可追溯到距今7 000～5 000年前的中国仰韶文化时期。基于文化视角,围绕延安谷子生产开展分析。首先,从人文历史积淀、自然条件以及产业优势和品牌价值等方面剖析了延安谷子生产的优势;在此基础之上,围绕生产现状进行深入剖析,指出延安谷子生产、加工以及发展中存在的主要问题;最后,提出了推动延安谷子生产发展的思路,并对未来延安谷子的发展前景进行了展望。

摘  要：
Millet ranks first among the five kinds of grains in traditional Chinese culture. Millet planting could be traced back to the Yangshao culture period of China, about 7 000 to 5 000 years ago. Based on the cultural perspective, the analysis was carried out around millet production in Yan'an. Firstly, the advantages of millet production in Yan'an were analyzed from the aspects of cultural and historical accumulation, natural conditions, industrial advantages and brand value. On this basis, the status quo of production was deeply analyzed, and the main problems in the production, processing and development of Yan'an millet were pointed out. Finally, the idea of production and development of Yan'an millet was put forward, and the future development of Yan'an millet was forecasted.
